As informed in April we have introduced a fuel surcharge starting from 1 May 2022. It has been calculated using Statistics Finland’s price index for light fuel oil that is 209,4. For comparison in 2021 Q1-Q3 index was 104.9.

The percentage of fuel from total costs varies from one unit to the next, which is why we will use two different surcharges beginning from 1 June 2022:

• for Container Operations 4,7 %

• for Ro-Ro and Break Bulk 3,4%

The fuel surcharge will be published monthly on Steveco’s website.
