Quality certificates

AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) certificate

The National Board of Customs of Finland has granted Steveco Oy the AEOF certificate effective from 26 October 2010.

A holder of the AEOF certificate has received a safety and security certificate from Finnish Customs for the holder’s customs clearance and logistics functions, and is therefore entitled to the relevant benefits within the entire EU, including, for example, simplified customs procedures and facilitated inspections in the customs declaration and exit summary declaration phases.

A holder of the AEOF certificate must also meet the standards regarding safety and security management, facility and personnel safety and security, logistics and production safety and security, and supply chain safety and security. The safety and security standards require from the applicant physical facility and security arrangements and established safety and security practices both within the enterprise and in terms of its business with customers, suppliers and external service providers.

ISO standards

In its operating system, Steveco follows the management systems conforming to standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and specification OHSAS 18001.
